All articles received electronically by the Library will be sent directly to the requestor’s desktop electronically. This will reduce the turn-around time for the delivery of the articles as well as negate for requesters to come to the Library in person to collect the articles.
DDS will notify you via your e-mail when the article is received, so please check your e-mail regularly. Most articles will be delivered in Portable Document Format (PDF). To view the article, please install Adobe Acrobat software in your PC’s hard disk.
For articles received by standard mail and by fax, the article will be sent to the Department by internal courier.
